TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR B2B BOOKING
We publish our terms and conditions in order to avoid misunderstanding. You are recommended to read these terms and conditions for your reservation and or payment, so that you know what fees will be applied in case you have to cancel your reservation later.
- Validity: The offered prices have been just estimated, might valid until (31.12.2020), SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR BY ROOM ABILITIES BEFORE DEPARTURE DATE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, especially on Christmas – New Year Days & Public holidays periods, kindly to ask a final rate as tailor-made for your group size and supposed departure day.
Form of Payment:
- We accept Cash on upon arrival or by credit or Telegraphic Transfer Remittance.
+ By Telegraphic Transfer Remittance: Please do mark all the Bank Charges at your side in order to make the FULL and NET payments. Bank details upon request.
By Credit card transfer, there will be service charge at least 4-6% and we will add on invoice. - Notes of payment: Please be informed that payment by Slip/Bank Draft is NOT accepted.
- Deposit: Deposit representing of a 30% estimated charge for the whole is to be submitted when tentative confirm and the balance will be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Rooming List / Name List : A rooming list / Name List for the group or individual bookings must be submitted to the HOTEL / DOMESTIC AIR CARRIERS at least 30 days prior to the group’s or as soon as if it is available.
- Cut-off Date: 30 days prior for the group’s arrival except we mention special cut-off date on each product and some promotion.
- Cancellation Policy:
Within 30 days prior to arrival, 30% charge will be applied
Within 14 days prior to arrival, 50% charge will be applied
Within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% charge will be applied - Responsibility: In cases of Force Majeure, unpredictable events (natural calamity, epidemic diseases, delayed flights, etc.) which are powerless or out of control. We will not compensate any service influenced. The parties concerned nevertheless just try the best in order to limit potential loss or damage.
- Passengers will pay all expenses as the extra for any change, which is made by the Clients themselves during the on-going tour.
- During the on-going tour, any cut of services, which is made by Passengers themselves, will not be refunded at all.
- The responsibility of our company and land partners is limited. We will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. We are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. We cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotels owners or his employees. We reserve the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason. The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute to the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when the passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit will represent acceptance of all the above mentioned conditions.
- Ask the expert your travel agent When you plan your vacation to Indochina or ASIA countries, let a professional help you. Your local agent will put your mind at ease answering any questions you may have about currency, climate, passports, health regulations, etc. Let your argent make all your travel arrangements.
- Complaints If your clients have cause for complaints whilst on holiday, they must bring it to the attention of the Nature Dream Travel guide office or representative immediately. “Late” complaints will not be attended to.
- Hotel Rate : Prices quoted are NET in US Dollar including all tax and services. All rate are per person and bed and breakfast included.
- Child Policy for hotel :-
- -Child under 6 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 30% of package cost.
- -Child under 6 years old sharing room with two (2) adults with extra bed: 50% of package cost.
- -Child from 6 – 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of package cost.
- -Child from 6 – 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults with extra bed: 75% of package cost.
- -Child under 12 years old sharing room with one (1) adult: 90% of package cost.- Child from 12 years old and above: 100% of adult cost.
- Group Discount Policy : If the group is 15 paying pax and above, half Twin room complimentary will be provided.
- Compulsory New Year and Christmas Eve Dinner : For Christmas Eve Dinner (24 December,25 December) and New Year Eve (31 December), hotels all over Myanmar may organize a compulsory are given hotel by hotel. Children under 12 years normally may get a discount for the dinners.
- Itineraries (Tour Program) : The itineraries given in our programme are statements of intent rather than promises. Local weather, politics, force Majeure, change of domestic airline schedule, fuel incensement or other uncontrollable factors can mean a change in the itinerary or can change the cost (more or less).
During the travelling time of our esteemed tourist, if changes are necessary, the guide (or) our office staff will consult with your clients to find an alternative. Where a delay or change, we will do everything possible to minimize its effect, but we can not be responsible for the results of delays or changes, however caused. - Refund : After commencement of travel, no refund, either in full or in part, will be given for unutilised services. Claims involving refund however require supporting evidence of cancellation and clients need to bring it to the attention of Nature Dream Travel immediately.
- Confirmation: All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible, principals will be informed of the booking status.
- Transfers and Tour
- All transfer and tour cost are quoted in USD and are net, inclusive of drivers, drivers’ food and overnight, gasoline, parking charges and express way tool fees.
- Guide and Tour leaders
- Except English speaking guides, most of the Language guides (Russian, Italy, German, Spain, Thai, Japan, French, Indian language guides are LOCAL MYANMAR guide). For reservation of professional guide, we recommended to do at least 6 months ahead and subject to available. Myanmar law does not permit foreign tour leader to work as tour guide in Myanmar. Guide fees between 25-100 USD net per guide per day plus expenses for food and overnight.
- Domestic Flight
- Prices quoted are included domestic airport tax, all domestic airline schedules subject to change without prior notice. Surplus for fuel incensement can be even for issued ticket.
- Policy of Beach Hotels
- Hotel reserve the right to reject confirmed booking due to weather. 30-100 % non-refundable deposit need for booking confirmation. There is compulsory dinner for group (above 7 pax), new year eve dinner and Chris mats eve dinner.
- Tour Price Include: All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Generally include in the tour price are accommodation (Twin shared basis), transfer & sightseeing in air-con vehicle, entrance fees, domestic airfares, fullboard of meals and language guide. (Remark : Tailor made tours are according to program)
- Tour Price Excludes : Not included in the tour prices are visa fees, airport tax, international airfares, porter age at airport and hotel, insurance, beverage, personal expenses such as camera fees, tips…..etc.
- Vouchers: Your own vouchers drawn on Nature Dream Travel will be accepted. Extra costs will be paid directly by the client on the spot. Please state clearly: Booked and Payable through Nature Dream Travels & Tour, No.94, 3(B), Bogalayzay Street, Botahtaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar and «Prices as per contract».
- Changes in Price: Prices are based on costs, charges, tariffs, rates, prices, taxes and levies, exchange rates, airport charges, hotel rates and other service providers. In the event that such fluctuations affect the prices which we pay for such services, we reserve the right to adjust our rates accordingly at any time.
- Confidentiality: The ideas and information contained within this document remain the intellectual property of Nature Dream Travel. These creative concepts may not be developed, duplicated or distributed without the express written permission of Nature Dream Travel. Unauthorized use of this document, which contains copyright and legally privileged information, will constitute a breach of propriety under which Nature Dream Travel will pursue legal action and financial compensation.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
If the Travel Agent, Tour Operator, wholesaler, fails to pay any of the outstanding charges by the due date for payment, Nature Dream Travel shall be entitled to levy a late payment charge on any outstanding and overdue sum at the rate of 5% per BI-Month from the date when the outstanding sum becomes due until the date on which full payment is made. Also Nature Dream Travel, Myanmar reserves the right to revise the tour service cost translate and quote the same in local currency, at any time, by giving 7 days in advance written notice to the Travel Agent/ Tour Operator.
- Liability Nature Dream Travels & Tours Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or cancellation of airlines or other transport companies, or any unforeseen circumstances such as accident, personal illness, and political unrest. Natural catastrophe – flooding, storm, earthquake, etc, which is beyond our control. We reserve the right to amend the tour itinerary if necessary.

- Dispute Policy : For any dispute that may arise, only Nature Dream Travel’s decision will be deemed final.
Nature of our Service
Nature Dream Travel is fully responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies & conditions and other relevant information which is displayed on our Site.
- Prices
The prices as offered by the Nature Dream Travel on our site are highly competitive. All prices for your trip are displayed including VAT/sales tax and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes) and fees, unless stated differently on our site or the confirmation email/ticket. Ticket prices are per person or group and subject to validity or expiration as indicated on the ticket, if applicable. Applicable fees and taxes (including tourist/city tax) may be charged by the Nature Dream Travel in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our site for a specific stay, product or service, however, these rates made available by Nature Dream Travel may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please check the relevant product, service and reservation conditions and details throughly for any conditions prior to making your reservation.
Please be notice some part of our site the currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary. - Pre-Payment, cancellation, no-show
By making a reservation with Nature Dream Travel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of Nature Dream Travel that may apply to your trip.
We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre) payment and no-show policy of the accommodation provider carefully prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.
If you have a later or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with the Nature Dream Travel so they know when to except you to avoid cancellation of your trip (Reservation) or charge of the no-show fees. - Correspondence and communication
Due to the continuous update and adjustments of rates and availability, we strongly suggest to make screenshots when making a reservation to support your position (if needed). - Nature Dream Travel will not accept reviews which include:
Review from the person not buying our services, profanity, sexually explicit, hate speech, discriminatory, threats, violence Mention of full names, personal attack towards the staff promoting illegal activities (e.g. drugs, prostitution) Sites, emails and address, phone numbers, cc details politically sensitive comments. - Disclaimer
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the Nature Dream Travel reservation confirmation email.However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representative subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the sites & its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates availability and rating of the Nature Dream Travel as made available on our site, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the Nature Dream Travel or other business partners, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our site, or (v) any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, error, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the Nature Dream Travel or any of our other business partners (including any of their employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives, subcontractors or affiliated companies) whose products or service are (directly or indirectly) made available, offered or promoted on or through the site, including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.Nature Dream Travel is not liable or responsible for the remittance, collection, withholding or payment of the relevant taxes due on the (Trip) price or fee to the relevant tax authorities. - Intellectual property rights
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our site and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our site are owned by Nature Dream Travel. - Applicable law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Myanmar law. Notwithstanding the foregoing choice of law, a natural person using any of our services for a purpose which can be regarded as being outside their trade or profession (hereinafter also referred to as “consumer”) can rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence.
We advise you to first notify us of any complains by contracting our customer service, If this does not resolve your complaint, you can upload your complaint.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or nan-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions. - Agreement
You hereby represent and warrant that:

(b) You will use and/or access our site and services only for lawful purposes - Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions of use, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by Myanmar Law. The seat of the arbitration shall be Myanmar. The Tribunal shall consist of [one/three] arbitrators. The language of the arbitration shall be [English]
TRAVEL TIPS
- Communication – Mobile and Internet and IDD call: Most hotels have Wifi internet. Can easily buy SIM card everywhere for oversea tele-call 1 minute=1 USD charge can be.
- Credit Card: Credit cards and Foreign currency (except USD) are not widely use in Myanmar. Bringing US Dollar in cash is strongly recommended.
- Exchange rate: estimated exchange rate 1 USD = 1500 kyat (please ask to your guide to change money). Exchange rate subject to change.
- Arrival: At international arrival and or at relates domestic airport, our guide will welcome by Nature Dream Travel signboard. On signboard, we will write “Client’s Name”
- Delivery of service voucher: Domestic tickets and all hotel service vouchers will deliver to visitor’s hand when they arrive to Myanmar. (by your guide or hotel reception)
- Domestic flight check-in: Domestic flight check-in time is at least 2 hr ahead. And subject to change.
- Do you need to change your USD to FEC? At the airport, there is no compulsory to change USD 200 to FEC 200 (Foreign exchange certificate).
- Drinking Water: Check bottle water tap before drink.
- Passport & Visa: A valid passport with Entry visa is required for all tourists & businessmen, applicable at Myanmar Embassies and Consulate General Offices abroad. Both Tourist Visa & Business Visa are valid for 28 days, extendible to 14 days for tourists & 3 months for business.Visa on Arrival is granted on prior arrangement with the Ministry of Hotels & Tourism to chartered flights and cruises & to those package groups where Myanmar Foreign Missions are not stationed. Visa on arrival can also e arranged on special basis to package group tours applicable three days in advance to the Ministry of Hotels & Tourism. At present, Myanmar extends visa free facilities for ASEAN Government Officials holding diplomatic and official passports. Overland entry is permitted to Thai tourists with border pass and for third party tourists with visa at Tachileik, Three Pagoda Pass, Myawaddy, Mongla and Kawthaung checkpoints along Myanmar-Thai Border; and similarly for Chinese tourists with border pass and for third party tourists with visa at Lwe-je, Nam Kham, Muse, Chin Shew Haw, Kyukoke, Kwanlong, Mong Lar along Myanmar-China Border.
- Climate & Weather: Myanmar has three “seasons”: – (1) Hot Season (March to May), (2) Rainy Season (June to September), (3) Cool Season (October to February). The ideal time to visit Myanmar is during the cool season.

- Travel Insurance : Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling inside of the Myanmar. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We are strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined
- Clothes in Myanmar: Cotton clothing and a light wrap on evening during winter season (between Oct and Feb) are recommended. When visiting temples, pagodas or other places of religious worship, it is necessary to dress modestly, as any kind of revealing clothing’s is frowned upon in Myanmar. Removal of all footwear and socks is necessary before entering all places of religious worship.
- Shopping: Best buys include lacquer wares, silver, wood and stone carvings, hand-woven silks and cottons, gems, ‘Kalaga’ embroidered tapestries, traditional puppets and tribal handicrafts. All gems and jewellery purchases should be made through a government authorized dealer. Please ask licensed voucher from shop to show at the airport at departure time. (This voucher will also guarantee for real gems.). Bargaining is essential for all souvenirs shopping.
- Food: Burmese cuisine uses rice or noodles as staple dishes, usually served with a variety of side dishes: curries with meat or fish, vegetable, salads, soup, condiments etc. Curries tend to be less chilli-hot than Thai versions. Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants are also found in major cities, but European cuisine is mostly confined to major hotels at present. Travellers are advised against eating from street or market stalls.
- Taking Photo: Take plenty of film, as locally available supplies are not always reliable. Photography in airports, railway stations and near any military installation is forbidden. For close-up shots to people always ask first.
- Do & Don’t: Visitors are required to dress decently within the precincts of religious buildings. Shoes and stockings must always be removed at pagodas and monasteries. Contributions can also be arrangement to recognized local charity organizations.
- Tipping: Widely practiced, in addition to hotel and restaurant service charges shown on bills. Porters expect approximately 500 Kyat per bag, slightly more at airports.
- Health Care: You should take adequate supplies of prescription medicines with you as such medicine might not be available while you are touring. No vaccinations are officially required for a visit to Myanmar. Travellers should check with their doctor or a travel immunization clinic regarding the advisability of inoculation against typhoid, hepatitis, tetanus, Japanese encephalitis and SARs.
- International Flights: Direct flight to Yangon is available from Bangkok. Calcutta, Chiang Mai, Dhaka, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Airlines currently serving Yangon are: Air Mandalay, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Indian Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Myanmar Airways International, Silk Air, Bangkok Airways, Air Asia and Thai Airways International.
- Customs and Formalities on arrival: Regulations are now generally relaxed for tourist Travellers arriving by air in Yangon (Rangoon). Visitors should have completed immigration and customs declaration forms during the flight and must submit these on arrival. Duty free allowance is 200 cigarettes and one litter of wine or spirit. Note that export of antiques, Buddha images and gems without official dealer’s receipt, is strictly prohibited. Baggage may be X-rayed or inspected before departure.
- Airport Tax: When leaving Myanmar by air, an airport tax of approx: USD10.-p.p.must be paid before check-in depends on airlines policy.
- Overland Entry: Entry overland is allowed through Check Points along Yunnan-Burma and Thai-Myanmar Borders. Tourists are allowed to enter through Border Check Points at Mu-se, Nam-Khan, Kyu-gok, Lwe-je and Kun-lone from Yunnan Province and Tachileik, Myawadddy, Three Pagoda Pass and Kawthaung from Thailand. Package tourists from Yunnan Province are allowed to travel up to Yangon and tourists from Thailand are allowed up to Kyaing–Tong and from Kyaing–Tong to Jing–hong (Xishaungbana) in Yunnan with a prior approval.
- Post: At the being, postal service in Myanmar is reliable.
- Losses: Always keep your Passport and money in secure places, especially when travelling by train or bus. Report all losses to the nearest-Police Station as well as to your Embassy.
- General: At night, weather can cold and bringing sweater is recommended. Sun lotion and mosquito lotion must carry.
